Watseka Winterfest Parade

Watseka Family Festival hosted their second annual Winterfest, going all out with this year's event! Building on last year's debut, this festival featured carnival rides, a cocoa bar activity table, kids' games, Christmas caroling, photo backdrops, a mitten tree, a snowcan contest, a live tree sale, Santa under the big tent, and, of course, the Christmas parade! Despite the cold temperatures, our small community came out to enjoy the festivities. WCR even participated in the parade route! It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying the fantastic programs organized by Watseka Family Festival and its volunteers. We eagerly anticipate what next year's Winterfest will bring!
